Use the "Create Self Contained Tour" option in the property control panel to automatically generate a stand alone presentation you can run on your personal computer - this is a Virtual Tour that doesn't require Internet access. Then copy the entire contents of the zip file to a local folder on your computer, double click the Start.exe file and you're all set to burn a CD. Take it to a listing presentation and show a potential client the way you will promote their property.
Or create a CD as a leave behind at open houese or for other Realtors who are showing your property. It again communicates the right message to your seller that you always go the extra mile.
These tours on CD also make great Closing gifts. They're a perfect way to remind your seller of who helped them move on.
