You have a listing that is active and on the market. You have built a ListingsMagic.com tour. You have it posted to all the required websites that we offer. Three months go by and the total number of unique visitors as tracked by our site shows a number less than 50. You get $25.

Fine Print:
You must post to all the available websites including Craigslist.
We will use the posting date of the most recently added website.
Your listing must be active at least two weeks.
If your listing sells after two weeks we will average the visitors over a three month period.
We do the tracking. We will use our tracking measurments to verify the visitor count. Each time we drive a new unique user to your website we will increment that count total and you will receive a weekly report with that total.
